About Our Hospital
Arlington Animal Hospital is an advanced, progressive 6 doctor general medicine practice in Riverside, California. Arlington Animal Hospital was established in 1950 as a single doctor practice on the corner of Van Buren Boulevard and California Street and has progressively grown over the years. We practice advanced general medicine encompassing preventative care to advanced orthopedics and endoscopic services. Our goal is high quality medicine with an emphasis on exceptional patient care and client attention. Position: RVT/AHT
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Work Hours: 8 am to 6 pm
Work Days: Monday through Sunday, scheduled on a rotational basis
Experience Level: Moderate Experience
Job Description: Applicant operates under the supervision of the RVT/AHT Supervisor. Must be proficient in catheter placement, dentistry, radiology, surgery, instrument preparation, patient monitoring and recovery, computer and veterinary software and animal nursing.
Starting Hourly Wage: $10 – $12, depending upon experience

Position: RVT/AHT Supervisor

Job Description: Applicant operates under the supervision of the Office Manager and is responsible for planning, directing, delegating, coordinating and performing a variety of duties with the entire veterinary team. Must be proficient in catheter placement, dentistry, radiology, surgery, instrument preparation, patient monitoring and recovery, computer and veterinary software and animal nursing. Must be a people person with exceptional skill in employee management, teaching, evaluation, safety and administrative duties. Must have excellent client communication skills, handling of client issues and have advanced knowledge of animal medicine. Must have strong knowledge in aspects of hospital operation from performing technician duties, scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training disciplinary actions, overseeing treatment personnel and services.
Starting Hourly Wage: $13 – $15, depending upon experience
